The Foundry Art Market presents its 2nd annual Plein Air Chambersburg event on Saturday September 9 from 8:30am-3:30pm at Chambers Fort Park. Artists from across our region will be painting in downtown throughout the morning and will compete for awards in an exhibit featuring their paintings from 1:30-3:30 pm.
