The above lots are owned by the Borough of Chambersburg and are available for public parking. 25 cents an hour. On-Street parking is on Main Street, Lincoln Way, Queen Street and 2nd Streets. Private lots may allow public parking and rules vary. Obey all parking signs on public and private parking.
Parking meters are in effect Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The meter rate is 25 cents per hour and accepts quarters only.
Silver meters have a 2 hour limit, green meters have a 12 hour limit.
All meters are free evenings and weekends.
